Can I customize my event according to our needs?

Every event can be 100% customizable. You´ll receive a form where you can submit your event details and choose your customization preferences. Our team will reference your event flyer or invitation to provide a cohesive look. Take into consideration that customizations or special need requires time.

How long does it take for the Set-Up and who does it?

Set-up can take anywhere from 45 min to 2 hours, depending on how many elements and customizations are in your specific event. We always arrive early to connect with the person in charge, find our spot and install our equipment. We go through extensive testing to make sure everything is perfect, sanitized and ready for your valuable guests and you to enjoy.

How is the generated content shared?

All our machines are self-service. After your guests take their photos/videos/GIFS/Boomerangs, they can insert their phone number, e-mail or scan a QR Code to receive their images to their smartphones. They´ll also get access to a live gallery where they can view and download their images for up to 30 days after your event.
